Method
 

  1. Prepare the strawberries: Gently wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries.
  2. Melt the chocolate: Melt chocolate with shortening (if using) in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Dip the strawberries: Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, let excess drip off.
  4. Decorate: Immediately sprinkle with Easter-themed sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
  5. Set the chocolate: Place dipped strawberries on parchment paper. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
