Method
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Set out pretzels on the lined baking sheet in a single layer (leaving 1/2" between each).
- Set a white chocolate candy wafer on top of each pretzel.
- Place baking sheet in oven for 1-2 minutes (don't walk away - you want the tops of the chocolate wafers to be slightly soft to the touch - not melted).
- Remove from oven promptly. Allow to sit for 1-2 minutes.
- While the chocolate is still soft, press a green M&M into the center of each chocolate wafer (making sure the M logo side is down/not visible and the all green side is facing up). Allow to cool/set completely for 15-20 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, use high-quality white chocolate wafers that melt smoothly. Watch the chocolate carefully in the oven to prevent burning.
