Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 box Golden Oreo cookies (13x9 size)
  • 6 tablespoons butter melted
Cream Cheese Layer
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip thawed, divided
Pudding Layer
  • 3.4 ounce instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Green food coloring
Garnish (optional)
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling (optional)
  • Sprinkles for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Crush Oreos, mix with melted butter, and press into a 9x13 inch pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in 4 ounces of Cool Whip.
  3. Whisk pudding mix and milk until thickened. Stir in peppermint extract and green food coloring.
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust.
  5. Pour the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Spread the remaining 4 ounces of Cool Whip over the pudding layer.
  7. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with sprinkles (optional).
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese and whole milk. Adjust the amount of peppermint extract to your liking.
