Method
- Crush Oreos, mix with melted butter, and press into a 9x13 inch pan.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in 4 ounces of Cool Whip.
- Whisk pudding mix and milk until thickened. Stir in peppermint extract and green food coloring.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust.
- Pour the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Spread the remaining 4 ounces of Cool Whip over the pudding layer.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with sprinkles (optional).
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese and whole milk. Adjust the amount of peppermint extract to your liking.
