Ingredients
  

Bingsu Ingredients
  • 4 cups Milk for freezing
  • to taste Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup Red bean paste adzuki beans
  • 1/2 cup Sweet rice cake tteok
  • 1 cup Fruits strawberries, kiwi, mango, etc.
  • Optional Ice cream
  • Optional Powdered roasted soybean flour misugaru
  • Optional Chocolate syrup or other toppings

Method
 

  1. Freeze milk: Pour milk into a container. Freeze until solid (at least 6 hours).
  2. Prepare toppings: Cut fruits into bite-sized pieces. Prepare the red bean paste and sweet rice cakes.
  3. Shave the ice: Use the bingsu machine to shave the frozen milk into a fine, snow-like texture.
  4. Assemble the bingsu: In a bowl, create a base of shaved ice.
  5. Add toppings: Arrange the red bean paste, sweet rice cakes, and fruits on top.
  6. Drizzle and sprinkle: Drizzle sweetened condensed milk. Sprinkle with powdered roasted soybean flour if desired.
  7. Add optional toppings: Add ice cream or drizzle chocolate syrup.
  8. Serve immediately: Enjoy your patbingsu before the shaved ice melts!

Notes

Adjust the amount of sweetened condensed milk and toppings to your preference.
