- Freeze milk: Pour milk into a container. Freeze until solid (at least 6 hours).
- Prepare toppings: Cut fruits into bite-sized pieces. Prepare the red bean paste and sweet rice cakes.
- Shave the ice: Use the bingsu machine to shave the frozen milk into a fine, snow-like texture.
- Assemble the bingsu: In a bowl, create a base of shaved ice.
- Add toppings: Arrange the red bean paste, sweet rice cakes, and fruits on top.
- Drizzle and sprinkle: Drizzle sweetened condensed milk. Sprinkle with powdered roasted soybean flour if desired.
- Add optional toppings: Add ice cream or drizzle chocolate syrup.
- Serve immediately: Enjoy your patbingsu before the shaved ice melts!
