- Gradually add dry to wet ingredients; mix until combined.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls.
- Roll each ball in powdered sugar.
- Place cookies on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Cool on baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For a tangier flavor, add a bit more lemon zest. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
