  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup milk whole milk recommended
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon almond extract optional
  • 1 Pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth, about 30-60 seconds.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or flavorings as needed.
  4. Pour into a bottle and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Shake well before serving. Serve chilled over ice or in coffee.

Notes

For a thicker consistency, use chilled ingredients and refrigerate for a longer period.
