Ingredients
  

Wraps
  • 4 large spinach tortillas
Filling
  • 1 cup hummus any flavor
  • 1/2 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers any color

Method
 

  1. Lay out the spinach tortillas on a clean surface.
  2. Spread hummus evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border.
  3. Divide the spinach leaves, carrots, cucumber, and bell peppers evenly among the tortillas.
  4. Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
  5. Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.
